Shipping options for Australian orders include the following carriers:

Australia Post Express Post (2-3 business days) – Small to Large Air Bags only
Australia Post Parcel Post (3-5 business days) – Small to Large Air Bags only
Quicklee Freight (Perth Metro only – approximately 1 business day) – all size packages Perth Metro Area only.
Aramex Road Freight (7-10 business days) – all size packages
Federal Express Road Freight (5-7 business days) – all size packages.
Startrack Express Road Freight (5-7 business days) – all size packages
Other services may be used depending upon location

International orders are shipped using the following carriers:

Australia Post Economy Air Freight (7-10 business days) – for small packages only
Australia Post Priority Air Freight (5-7 business days) – for small packages only.
DHL International (5-7 business days) – all size packages.
Federal Express (5-7 business days) – all size packages.
Other services may be used depending upon location

Insurance

If you require shipping insurance, please request it when placing your order, add your request in the Order Notes section before submitting the order as the base assumption is that goods are generally shipped without insurance.

Orders are dispatched once they have been reviewed, payment has been received and the ordered items are available for shipment.

Where stock is available, our aim is to dispatch orders as soon as practical after payment has been confirmed.

Dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability, order size, freight requirements and the selected carrier.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been completed, although there may be a delay before it can be tracked online depending upon the carrier being used.

Orders are shipped as follows

Australia Post Orders are taken to the post office on Wednesday and Fridays.
Most services are generally picked up within 24 hours of being booked with the shipping agent.

Once tracking details are provided by the shipping agent, you will be notified by an email from the online store.

Your details including email and phone number will also be provided to the shipping agent.
Depending upon the choice of shipper, you will also receive communications from them with tracking details
Tracking information can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
Australia Post tracking information will not appear until after the goods are taken to the Post Office.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to

Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

We are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location.
