Intake Manifold & Throttle Body Package – Mitsubishi 6G72/74 4wd

Mitsubishi Pajero / Trion / Challenger 4wd  vehicles from 1993 to 2009 run either a 54mm or 60mm factory throttle body running the Mitsubishi 6G72/74 SOHC/DOHC 24v model engines.

• This package replaces the stock throttle body with a much larger 65mmunit.
• Intake manifold requires to be  welded, machined and ported to suit larger throttle body
• This rapidly improves throttle response, mid range and top end horsepower by improving the breathing of the engine.
• Air flow is increased by approx 30% over the factory throttle body and approximately 15% more airflow versus boring out the factory throttle body.
• This is a bolt on affair and looks completely stock. Highly recommended for those wanting to improve the performance of there vehicle.
• These kits come supplied with new Idle Speed Control Motors (ISC Units) and Throttle Position Switches (TPS Switch) for late model vehicles.

This kit requires your original intake manifold and throttle body to be sent to RPW before work can proceed. Due to many variations in the model ranges, we must first see your original unit which is then machined and modified and fitted with the upgraded throttle body.

We have to recently increase the price due to the scarcity in getting these 65mm throttle bodies, we are working on sourcing brand new replacement units ASAP as an alternative long term option
