Kit Includes
- Four 40mm Individual throttle bodies
- Custom aluminium inlet manifold
- Tapered 40mm Throttle Bodies, re-spaced with extended linkages and fuel rail
- Supplied with 240cc injectors, suitable for power outputs in excess of 200bhp!, with optional larger injectors available.
- Fitting Kit with silicone hoses and stainless steel hose clamps
- Spun Aluminium Velocity stacks with Trumpet ends. Size varies depending upon width of intake manifold spacing pattern and clearances.
- TPS Sensor with plug and pins
- Comes supplied with BLACK silicone hosing and RED Sock Filters unless customer would like alternative RED / Blue colours. Changing colours may cost extra.
This kit is ideal for anyone wanting to carry out the popular bike throttle body modification. Bike throttle bodies offer excellent performance, reliability and fuel economy without the price tag normally associated with TB conversions!
These conversions are very popular in both modified and kit car circles as well as Hillclimb and Motorsport applications and provide a low cost, simple power upgrade not to mention a fantastic soundtrack!
The manifold is manufactured from high quality aluminium with a precision Water Jet cut 10mm thick flange and TIG welded with 3mm thick wall runners.
All internal joints are fully ported/ground to ensure a smooth flow.
Note that the manifolds are hand made to order which can take several weeks to manufacture.
When placing this order please provide full details on your vehicle Ie Make, Model, Year of manufacturer and engine details so we can ensure we make the correct intake manifold pattern etc.
This kit will require a standalone ECU to run the injectors and of course your engine’s ignition system. We can supply a Haltech ECU and loom packages for an additional cost. Please also provide measurements of clearance between the cylinder head face (Where the intake manifold touches it) to the firewall, taking into account any obstructions so that we can setup the length of the runners etc.
